Remembering Gogi Hodder, Long-Time Church Member
Saturday, January 30, 7:00 PM
Gogi left this mortal plane on Saturday, January 16, soon after 7 in the evening. She was lovingly cared for by friends and family, and with grace and generosity by the members of her Woolseyville co-housing compound. Gogi asked two of her friends to organize her memorial, and we do not know the plans at this time. We will host a Remembrance Circle by Zoom for all who wish to share their memories of Gogi in a contemplative space. Affiliated community minister the Reverend Mary Foran will facilitate. Pastor Theresa will be present along with Pastoral Associates. To receive an auto-reply with Zoom details, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with REMEMBERING GOGI in the subject line.
Lifespan Religious Education Workshop
Sunday, January 31, immediately following worship service
Please join interim director of religious education Alex Haider-Winnett and Rev. Theresa Soto for an hour-long conversation on the history and strength of our religious education (RE) program. This will be the first of three workshops to consider where we want RE to go in the future of the church. Email email@example.com with the subject line RE WORKSHOP for an auto-reply with Zoom details.
Imbolc Virtual Ritual

In honor of the ancient Pagan solar holiday of Imbolc, we gather to celebrate the turning of the Wheel of the Year. This year, our ritual will focus on the Divine Child within and beyond ourselves. We will explore the Child Goddess “Femella,” drawing on the writings of local witch Lasara Firefox Allen. Come join us for a ritual of sacred childhood. Zoom link available by emailing circleofoak@
