UU Oakland members & friends–
Would you help greet at church for a Sunday? We need more people at the welcome table before Sunday service. It’s a great way to get to know your fellow church members, and to make a real difference with visitors & newcomers!

The work is pretty straightforward — greet people, answer questions, help with name tags, hand out flyers, give directions. No meetings or homework involved. And it doesn’t take much time — about 45 minutes on Sunday. We set up at 9:45 am and pack up just after the service starts. Just pour your morning coffee in a go-cup and head out the door a little early for the service that you were going to go to anyway, right?
