The new Assessment Team is up and running! In response to a request by our Journey Toward Wholeness team, the Board of Trustees recently authorized nine congregants to begun assessing our progress toward our goal of being an anti-racist, anti-oppressive, multicultural congregation. Our goal is to form a report for use by the search committee in its work to hire a new minister who will start in September 2019.
In the next few months, we expect to convene many forums and conversations to learn what you think we are doing well, what we need to do better, and how we might move forward. This month, we will be at many stewardship events to begin collecting your views.
