Also, we are starting to plan for the new church year and would love to hear your ideas! Do you have a guest speaker in mind?  Is there something you’d like to see happen for the 2020 Stewardship campaign? We’re entering a new and exciting chapter in the life of First Unitarian Church of Oakland with Rev. Theresa Soto, and we seek to build our team earlier this year. Sat., May 18, FUCO Dinner and a Movie, 5:00 PM – 8:30 PM, Wendte Hall Come enjoy a fun multigenerational evening of food, culture and community! We’ll prepare a simple (but delicious!) seasonal meal as a group, followed by an all-ages movie projected theater-style on the walls of Wendte Hall. This month’s featured ingredient is Strawberries and the movie is On the Way to School. All ages are invited, please bring the family!
