Saying Good-Bye to the Shared Ministry between First Unitarian Church of Oakland & Pastor Jacqueline Duhart

Members, Friends, and Allies of First Unitarian Church of Oakland,

To everything there is a season! Our shared journey of serving the mission, vision, and communities that define you as members of this liberal, progressive, faith has come to an end.

Being your called minister and partnering with so many faith-filled lay ministers to grow love and justice within, among, and beyond the brick and mortar of this Church has been a privilege, a sacred honor, and a childhood dream come TRUE!

Beginning Tuesday, May 21, I will host three weekly evenings of tea and biscuits from 5:30-8 PM. This is an opportunity to meet with me and share whatever is on your heart. Together, let’s help pave the way to opening your heart deep and wide to your next settled minister, Rev. Theresa Soto!

On any of these Tuesday evenings (May 21, May 28 and June 11), if you prefer one to one time, please email me to schedule a 20-minute appointment. Or, you can just show up and possibly have one-to-one time, or join a group conversation. I will meet you in the open space just in front of the elevator on the 3rd floor of the church. Day time slots on other days are available with an appointment.

Mark your calendars for tea and biscuits and chat with Pastor Jacqueline.

Tis the season!

Ever4ward,

Pastor Jacqueline
