Meditation Mondays
Join us for meditation -- open to all (Beginners and experienced practitioners alike)
Drop-in meditations are held every Monday in the 3rd Floor Library (follow the signs):
Time: Every Monday @ 5:15 PM - 6:45 PM
5:15-5:30 PM Question and Answers/Instruction
5:30-6:15 PM Silent Meditation
6:15-6:30 PM Discussion
*6:00-6:30 PM Dharma Talk and Discussion (only on the 1st Monday of each month)
Chairs and cushions are available for your use and you're welcome to bring your own as well. Drop-ins are welcome; please come and go as you need, quietly. There is a restroom on the third floor. Please do not wander around the building.
