The steps to follow in planning a church event are:
1) Research - Check the church leadership roster and upcoming events calendar to ensure your event does not conflict with an event that has already been scheduled. After that, contact the Coordinating Team at email@example.com to receive written approval to proceed with the event.
2) Reserve - Fill out the online reservation form to reserve a room/space for your church event. If you have any questions related to this, contact Stefan Schneider, Facilities Manager, at firstname.lastname@example.org. Stefan will send confirmation/denial of your space reservation.
3) Promote - Fill out the online form to publicize your church event in various church communications (Sower newsletter, Chalice Chatter e-Newsletter, Sunday Worship Service Announcements Page, Church Website).
